Sappe PCL executive members led by Chairman, Mr. Natee Onin, and Chief Executive Officer Ms. Piyajit Ruckariyapong attended the annual general meeting with shareholders through the Electronic Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (E-AGM). The virtual meeting was organized under health protocols, particularly social distancing, during the COVID-19 outbreak.

The meeting discussed key agendas and approved dividend payment for the year 2020 performance at 1.02 baht per share. The ex-dividend date was set for May 11, 2021, followed by payment on May 27. The SAPPE executives also presented the company’s 2021 business direction.
