The Board of Directors of Sappe Public Company Limited (SAPPE) has approved a dividend payment for the 2022 operating result at 1.65 baht per share worth a total of 508.7 million baht following an outstanding performance with consecutive new highs throughout the year. The achievement was reflected by the net profit of 653.1 million baht, increasing by 59%, and the sales revenue of 4,566.4 million baht, increasing by 32.6%.

The XD sign will be posted on May 9, 2023 and the list of shareholders eligible for receiving the dividend (Record Date) is scheduled for May 10 in order for the shareholders to get the dividend on May 26. The increased dividend was approved to repay the shareholders for their trust and confidence in Sappe’s business throughout the time. A big applause for the strong team under the leadership of female CEO Piyajit Ruckariyapong who has been driving this Thai brand to grow strongly and move closer to become a “Global Brand” and set the target to for the revenue to grow at least 25% in 2026.
