Sappe PCL executives, led by Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Natee Onin (third from left), Chairman of Executive Committee Mr Adisak Ruckariyaphong (second from left) and CEO Ms. Piyajit Ruckariyapong (fifth from left) participated in the 2023 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting with the company’s performance on the agenda. At the meeting, the SAPPE executives briefed the shareholders on the operational performance and significant changes in 2022.

The meeting also approved a dividend payment of 1.65 baht per share worth a total of 508.7 million baht, and the XD sign will be posted on May 9, 2023 as the shareholders will receive the dividend on May 26. It is considered a reward and trust-building for the shareholders.

In addition, the SAPPE executives also demonstrated their operational visions to push forward the company’s performance in building SAPPE to become a Global Brand and making new records continuously in 2023.
